My first “true” photograph was taken with a friend’s Nikon EM 35mm, deep in the hills of southeastern Minnesota. It was a moment of such significance that thirteen years later, I’m still passionate about photography.
While I am very proud of the professional work I’ve done – everything from magazine spreads to social documentaries – I mainly take photographs because…well, I love taking photographs.
I strive to take my work to new levels each day, trying to see the world a little differently, to find that new perspective. I feel incredibly lucky to have found my passion.
